  • 1. Login to your Exhibitor Panel from https://exhibitor.elecrama.com/login.aspx
  • Exclusive Time-slot for Stall selection

  • 2. Your Exclusive Time-slot for stall selection process, as per your priority number, will be communicated to you via Email, SMS and will also be displayed on your Exhibitor Dashboard.
  • 3. You will be allowed to select a stall of your choice (as per your Booking requirements) during that time.
  • 4. During your Exclusive Time-slot, you will have exclusivity of stall selection within your permissible option (Please refer to Guidelines to know your permissible options)
  • 5. In other words, even an Exhibitor with a higher priority but with conflicting requirements cannot select a stall during your exclusive time.
  • Review available options

  • 6. Please click on ‘Live layout’ button on the dashboard to view the Live and up-to-date view of the available stalls.
  • 7. Please Note, while you cannot select a stall before your Exclusive Time slot, you can view Live and up to date view of the selection process in a ‘View-only’ mode at any given time. We urge you to review your available options at least 1 day prior to your Time slot.
  • 8. Your available options on the ‘Start Stall Selection’ will be displayed as per following 4 colour codes.
    • Green: Stalls as per your exact requirements available to you for selection.
    • Orange: Additional options available to you within my permissible limit (refer to rules above to understand your 'permissible options') Please read section on Additional payment for details.
    • Red: Allotted to other exhibitors.
    • Grey: Stalls outside your permissible limit and not available for you.
  • Stall Selection

  • 9. You can select the stall as soon as the Exclusive Time slot begins.
  • 10. You will have 15 mins to make your selection.
  • 11. Please Login and click “Live Layout” or “Select your stall” button
  • 12. Select the stall of your choice from available options and confirm your Stall.
  • 13. You will receive a confirmation of stall allotment on the screen and via email and SMS
  • 14. In case you wish to select a stall from Additional options i.e. stall not matching your exact requirements but within your permissible limits then additional payment might be applicable.
  • 15. The Please read the below section relate to additional payment for detail.
  • 16. If you are unable to book complete your selection during your Allotted Exclusive Time then you can complete your selection during open hours. 'Open hours' are from 15-July to 26-July 06:00 PM to 07:00 PM IST.
  • Additional Payment

  • 16. In case you select a stall from Additional Options with higher configuration then you will be required to make and update the details for the payment additional amount within 48 hours.
  • 17. The Additional Payment amount will be displayed on your screen
  • 18. You can make payment using our online payment gateway or transfer money via NEFT/RTGS/SWIFT
  • 19. Please be advised that if you are updating you make the payment via NEFT/RTGS/SWIFT then you are required to update the payment from the Exhibitor Portal.
  • 20. To update payment, you can click Payments section on the dashboard in the exhibitor dashboard.
  • 21. Note that if your payment is not updated in the system within 48 hours then the stall will be automatically released.
